After the transfer, please WhatsApp +852 63417135 to submit the deposit proof together with the deposit account name for confirmation
To ensure the interests of both parties, we will confirm the order only after receiving the deposit proof within 24 hours after the customer places the order
After payment is completed, the styles in stock will be sent out within 48 hours, and the styles to be ordered will take about 7-21 working days to order (our store does not accept rush orders)

Refund & Exchange Policy

- All products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please carefully confirm the product before placing an order.
-All products are brand new. If there are signs of use, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
-All product photos are for reference only. Issues related to image errors, materials, slight off-line, etc. are not subject to the exchange policy.
-If the goods you received are defective, please contact customer service within three days of picking up the goods and we will arrange a replacement for you.
- If the product you ordered is out of stock and cannot be ordered again, we will notify you via WhatsApp as soon as possible and arrange a refund immediately. However, please note that you cannot cancel other products in the same order.
